This service is perfect for you if you have a strange room layout, a small space, or a large open concept (open concept spaces are a higher price) and are having trouble figuring out how to layout the room. This service includes:

• • Two to three floor plan options of the room to help you figure out how to best utilize your space
  • Typical turnaround – 1 week (after room measurements are provided)

Please note:

– Kitchens and bathrooms are not included in this service beyond idea formation

– The floor plans created are NOT working construction documents. They are for room furniture layouts only
