Happy Sunday everyone! Today, as I sit in the midst of a personal project – I wanted to pose a question to my Sorors of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Do you subscribe to the Ivy Box? Every month since the summer of 2016, I have run to the mailbox to retrieve my Ivy Box and let me tell you – after nearly four years of awesomeness inside of my box…..my closet organization was tragic. I mean I could not find ANYTHING in my closet! So, for the past few days – little by little – I have been reorganizing my closet and placing all the pretty girl things from the Ivy Boxes in their proper location. If you get the subscription, then you know every month we get quality pieces such as office items, jewelry, sweaters, t-shirts, books (like that total surprise Michelle Obama Becoming book in the November 2018 box) and even a few kitchen items. The problem is – I was running out of space to put everything lol! So, this weekend, I committed to finishing up a few projects for myself that I kept putting off – my closet being one of them. And so far, I am happy with the progress and with my purchases from below. The pearl hangers are my favorite! Another designer posted a photo of them and just as I was about to purchase some from her – I was gifted some. They really do make everything hanging in the closet look so much better!
